South Middlesex Opportunity Council, Inc. in Framingham, MA, is seeking a receptionist to cover the main desk at a large Child Care/Head Start center. You will answer calls, greet visitors, coordinate with bus drivers, and assist with fee collection and data entry in ProCare and ChildPlus.

The role emphasizes customer service, confidentiality, and teamwork with Center staff. The position is full-time with a regular Mon–Fri schedule and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service skills with ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Answering and directing phone calls into the Center.
• Buzzing in and greeting all guests to the Center.
• Maintain communication with program school buses on the two-way radio.
• Collect fees from program parents and enter into ProCare.
• Engage all clients by understanding and addressing their needs.
• Attend and participate in team meetings and communicate with clients and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of client, employee, and agency information.
• Ensure compliance with program/department, agency and funder requirements.
• Assist with data entry into ChildPlus.
• Keep reception area neat and orderly.
• Other office duties as assigned.
