A leading healthcare provider is seeking an Administrative Support role at the new Folsom Medical Care Clinic. This position involves providing clerical and administrative support, interacting with patients, and assisting with organizational tasks. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and two years of receptionist experience, with strong communication and customer service skills.

This position is in the UC Davis Health Folsom Medical Care Clinic and provides support to the clinic and patients. The incumbent is required to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and various organizational levels across the entire Health System, Davis Campus, and engage multiple external customers. This position will provide administrative support to the FMCC staff, which will include greeting Patients to the FMCC and A-Phone access. The incumbent will work closely with the Practice Manager to provide miscellaneous clerical and administrative support.

Department Overview
Opening in September 2025, the three-story, 114,000 square foot Folsom Medical Care Clinic will increase access to high-quality care for Folsom community members. As the first phase of the Folsom Center for Health Master Plan, the UC Davis owned and operated clinic will allow consolidation from three existing leased Folsom clinics and add Imaging and Infusion services for the Folsom community. Services will include Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, ENT, Eye Center, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Imaging, Internal Medicine, Lab, Medical Oncology, Neurology, Obstetrics, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Rheumatology and Sports Medicine, in addition to an Infusion Care Clinic and additional Imaging Services including X-ray, MRI, CT, PET, Mammography, Ultrasound and Bone Density.
