Tailored resume and cover letter, ready to send.
Arkansas Eye Care Group seeks a friendly Front Desk Patient Coordinator to welcome patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, verify benefits, and manage payments. You will keep the reception area organized and support teammates to ensure an excellent patient experience.
Healthcare/optometry exposure is helpful, but a positive attitude and work ethic matter most. Join a fast-paced clinic where teamwork, reliability, and professionalism are valued, and where you can help patients feel cared
Do you genuinely enjoy helping people? Can you stay calm, organized, and positive even when things get busy? Are you the type of person who notices what needs to be done and jumps in without being asked?
If so, we may have the perfect place for you.
At Arkansas Eye Care Group, we're more than an eye clinic—we're a team of doctors, staff, and patients who feel like family. Every day is fast-paced, rewarding, and centered around providing exceptional care and creating an experience that keeps patients coming back.
We're looking for an energetic, team-oriented Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. From the moment a patient walks through our doors until they check out, you'll help create an experience that is friendly, professional, and memorable.
We are a busy clinic.
On any given day, you may be answering phones, checking in patients, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, helping coworkers, and solving unexpected problems—all while maintaining a smile and providing excellent customer service.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy staying busy, and love the satisfaction of accomplishing a lot in a day, you'll fit right in.
If you're looking for a position where there is a lot of downtime or where multitasking feels overwhelming, this probably isn't the right fit.
Experience in healthcare or optometry is helpful, but a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are even more important. We can teach skills. We can't teach positivity, work ethic, and a genuine desire to help people.
We'd love to see your resume, but a cover letter telling us why you'd be a great fit will definitely help you stand out.
Don't hold back—the more cornea, the better.
