Job summary

Birds Barbershop in Austin, TX is seeking friendly front-desk team members to greet clients, manage bookings, and keep the front of house organized for a fast-paced environment.

We offer hourly pay starting at $15, full-time 30+ hours per week, 10% product commission on your check and 10% in your PTO bank, plus healthcare and a flexible schedule. Advancement opportunities are available as the shop grows.

Our pay structure:

• Full Time (30+ hours/week)

• Hourly Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour
• Product Commission: 10% on your check and 10% in your PTO bank
