Birds Barbershop Georgetown is opening soon in August 2026 and is hiring for full-time frontline roles. The team will greet clients warmly, manage appointments, and maintain a clean, inviting front desk and retail space.

A strong emphasis on teamwork supports an exceptional customer experience. Compensation starts at $15.00 per hour with 30+ hours per week for full-time staff and 10% product commission on top of hourly pay.

Our Pay Structure

Full Time (30+ hours/week)

• Hourly Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour
• Product Commission: 10% on your check + 10% in your PTO bank

Part Time (12-29 hours/week)

• Hourly Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour
• Product Commission: 10% on your check and 10% in your PTO bank
