Our Pay Structure

• Service Commission: 40-45% based on sales
• Product Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank
• Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions

Hiring Bonus! 2 Weeks Paid Vacation:

• Get 32 hours of PTO upon hire
• 32 additional hours of PTO after 90 days of employment
• PTO paid out at $18/hour
