Job summary

The Plaza Assisted Living in Kaneohe seeks a friendly Concierge to be the face of our community and first impression for visitors. You will handle front-desk communications and support our sales and marketing efforts to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for potential residents and guests.

You will warmly greet people, manage calls and messages, monitor the Bistro area, and perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Good judgment, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Outlook/Word/Excel and ability to learn new apps.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet residents, families, and visitors to set a positive tone.
• Manage internal and external calls, take messages, and share information.
• Monitor the Bistro area to keep refreshments stocked and the space welcoming.
• Perform general administrative duties to support front-desk operations.
