The Plaza Assisted Living in Kaneohe seeks a friendly Concierge to be the face of our community, greeting residents, families and visitors and supporting sales and marketing with a warm, inviting atmosphere.

This role offers full-time or part-time shifts in Hawaii, with pay starting at $17 per hour. Strong customer service, communication and computer skills help you succeed, along with on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven customer service experience with strong communication.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and organized record-Keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; able to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families and visitors to create welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle internal/external calls, take messages, provide information for sales/marketing.
• Monitor Bistro area to keep refreshments stocked, music playing, and space welcoming.
• Perform general front-desk admin and clerical duties.

Concierge - Full Time & Part Time

Full Time: Tues-Sat 7am-3pm

Part Time: Sun 7am-1pm, Mon 7am-3pm

Pay starts at $17.00 per hour

Position Overview

The Plaza at Kaneohe is looking for a Concierge. You'll be the face of our community and the first impression for all visitors. This role is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality, managing front-desk communications, and supporting our marketing and sales efforts to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for potential residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet potential residents, families, and visitors to set a positive for the The Plaza community.
• Manage internal and external calls, take accurate messages, and provide community information to support sales and marketing inquiries.
• Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments are stocked, music is playing, and the space remains clean and welcoming.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties to maintain smooth front-desk operations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Proven experience in a customer service role is also required, having demonstrated excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
• You must have good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills as well as be an organized record keeper
• Proficiency in computer skills to include the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as the ability to learn new applications
