Job summary

The Plaza Assisted Living in Pearl City is hiring a Concierge to be the face of our community, welcoming potential residents and guests while supporting front-desk communications and sales efforts.

You'll manage calls, keep the Bistro stocked, and perform general administrative duties to maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere. Requires a high school diploma or GED and proven customer service experience in hospitality or related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required and preferred for this role.
• Proven experience in customer service is required with strong communication skills.
• Good judgment, problem solving and organizational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet potential residents, families and visitors to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage internal and external calls, take messages, and provide information to support sales/marketing inquiries.
• Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments are stocked and space remains welcoming.
• Perform general administrative duties to maintain smooth front-desk operations.

Position Overview

Our Pearl City Plaza is hiring for a Concierge! You'll be the face of our community and the first impression for all visitors. This role is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality, managing front-desk communications, and supporting our marketing and sales efforts to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for potential residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet potential residents, families, and visitors to set a positive for the The Plaza community.
• Manage internal and external calls, take accurate messages, and provide community information to support sales and marketing inquiries.
• Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments are stocked, music is playing, and the space remains clean and welcoming.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties to maintain smooth front-desk operations.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Proven experience in a customer service role is also required, having demonstrated excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
• You must have good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills as well as be an organized record keeper
• Proficiency in computer skills to include the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as the ability to learn new applications
