Job summary

Trilogy San Juan Oaks in Hollister, CA is seeking a Concierge to greet members and guests at the front desk or entrance. You will respond to needs with friendly, professional communication and coordinate with the Member Services Manager to ensure a positive resident and guest experience.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work evenings and weekends, and familiarity with Club operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in a HOA environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and club management software helpful.
• Flexible and adaptable to rapid change; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly, energetic manner.
• Screen access and relay messages; provide information about the Club and local events.
• Support front desk operations and assist with mail, calls, and data entry.
• Maintain front office equipment and lobby organization; manage office supplies.
• Assist lifestyle events with calendars, flyers, and ticket sales as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
