Trilogy San Juan Oaks in Hollister, CA, is seeking a Concierge to greet members and guests at the front desk, deliver information on the Club and local events, and support daily operations. This role requires strong customer service and teamwork in a 55+ resort-style community.
You will coordinate with the Member Services Manager to assist with administrative tasks, event registration, and lobby maintenance, including evenings and weekend shifts as needed.

Pay: $18 per hour - 30-40 hours per week, must work weekends, off Mondays and Tuesdays.
New hourly full-time team members working 30 hours or more per week, will be eligible for the Company medical, dental and life insurance plans the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
Full-Time team members are eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (“PTO”) in accordance with the Company policy at a rate of 120 hours per year.
Full-Time team members are eligible for 7 paid holidays annually.
Part-Time team members are eligible to accrue Paid Sick Leave in accordance with state guidelines.
All team members 21 years and older are eligible to participate in the J.F. Shea Co., Inc. 401(k) plan after completion of 30 days of service.
The Concierge is responsible for welcoming members and guests and responding to their needs while working at the front desk and/or entrance to the facility. Professional and friendly communication, coordination, and cooperation sets the tone for positive resident and guest attitudes while visiting the Club. This position reports to Member Service Manager.
This position operates indoors and routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, copy and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, speak clearly and understand the speech of another person, sometimes in a noisy environment. The employee must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, walk or be able to move around the work space, use hands to fingers, handle or feel, bend, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to occasionally bend, lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
