Job summary

Four Seasons Palm Beach is seeking a Front Desk & Concierge Specialist to deliver exceptional service from arrival to departure. You will coordinate check-in/out, provide personalized recommendations, and support a seamless guest experience within the Front Office team.

Ideal candidates bring Front Desk/Concierge exposure, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining Four Seasons standards of professionalism. This on-site role offers extensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or discussed.
• Front Office experience preferred (Front Desk/Concierge).
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Organizational skills and multitasking ability are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accurate use of systems.
• Ability to learn multiple computer systems.

About the role:

The Front Desk & Concierge Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service by supporting both Front Desk and Concierge operations. This role ensures a smooth arrival, stay, and departure experience for guests while delivering personalized recommendations and assistance. This position is part of the Front Office team, reporting to Front Office Management.

What you will do:

• Deliver exceptional guest service by managing check-in, check-out, and in-house guest requests
• Provide concierge‑style assistance, including restaurant, transportation, and local activity recommendations
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and input information into property systems
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest stays
• Support lobby presence and provide assistance throughout the hotel as needed
• Ensure all interactions reflect Four Seasons standards of professionalism and courtesy
• Work collaboratively with team members across departments

What you bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous Front Office experience (Front Desk and/or Concierge) preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Fluency in English required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in systems and guest interactions
• Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, and experiences preferred
