Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a Front Desk & Concierge Specialist to ensure a smooth arrival, stay, and departure experience. You will provide personalized recommendations and assistance as part of the Front Office team, reporting to Front Office Management.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, professional communication, and collaboration across departments to uphold luxury service standards. Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and flexible across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous Front Office experience preferred.
• Fluency in English required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by managing check-in, check-out, and in-house requests.
• Provide concierge-style assistance with restaurant, transportation, and local activities.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and input information into property systems.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance stays.
• Support lobby presence and assist throughout the hotel as needed.
• Ensure all interactions reflect Four Seasons standards of professionalism and courtesy.

About the role:

The Front Desk & Concierge Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service by supporting both Front Desk and Concierge operations. This role ensures a smooth arrival, stay, and departure experience for guests while delivering personalized recommendations and assistance. This position is part of the Front Office team, reporting to Front Office Management.

What you will do:

• Deliver exceptional guest service by managing check-in, check-out, and in-house guest requests
• Provide concierge-style assistance, including restaurant, transportation, and local activity recommendations
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and input information into property systems
• Communicate effective with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest stays
• Support lobby presence and provide assistance throughout the hotel as needed
• Ensure all interactions reflect Four Seasons standards of professionalism and courtesy
• Work collaboratively with team members across departments

What you bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous Front Office experience (Front Desk and/or Concierge) preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Fluency in English required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in systems and guest interactions
• Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, and experiences preferred
