One (1) year job related experience preferred in senior living communities
Positive and engaging
Passion for serving others
Being willing to be a first great impression for all those who enter the community through friendliness and customer service
Experience with dementia care preferred
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Written and verbal communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
First aid, CPR certification within 3 months

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service
Answer telephones, direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner
Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain a safe and secure environment, follow established safety standards
Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
Keep front lobby area and front desk clean and organized; etc.
Direct emergency personnel to emergency location and be contact person in case of emergency
Document in the logbook any significant incidents
Maintain visitor sign in/out book, reservation book for guest rooms, and completes maintenance work orders
