Job summary

You will deliver outstanding customer service, manage a multi-line phone system, handle administrative tasks, and help ensure smooth daily operations for members and guests.

Salary is $20.00 per hour. The role covers reservations, assisting with website and app login issues, and greeting visitors.

Qualifications

• Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Club's reservation process and book dining and event reservations.
• Help members with website and app username and password issues.
• Assist with dining and event confirmation calls.
• Answer member inquiries in-person, via e-mail and via phone call.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Membership Manager.
• Greet members and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer support and assistance.
