Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and route calls, take accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and assist Sales with inquiries.
• Assist with move-ins and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment and data entry, manage appointments.
• Monitor safety protocols, sign-ins, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
