Job summary

Meredith Court in Texas is hiring a Concierge to greet residents and visitors, answer phones, and support daily operations in a caring senior living community.

This role involves coordinating transportation, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming, organized environment, with occasional driving duties using the community van.

Competitive pay at $11–$13 per hour, with experience credits, and a flexible Tuesday–Sunday schedule including weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or front desk experience, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or senior living.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable with new software.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, delivering excellent service.
• Answer phones, greet guests, assist with resident requests, coordinate transportation and appointments.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Facilitate clear communication between residents and staff to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Occasionally drive residents to appointments using the community van.
