Generation Auto Group is seeking a Part-Time Night and Weekend Receptionist for Generation Kia Buick GMC in Bohemia, NY. You will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and team members, creating a welcoming environment while supporting daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, light data entry, and coordinating with Sales, Service, and Management to ensure smooth communication.

Qualificações

• Friendly, dependable and customer-focused.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with basic computer systems (email, scheduling, data entry).
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus.
