Overview

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a House Attendant for Pullman Miami Airport. The role supports housekeeping operations to maintain hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure a positive stay.
• Work as part of the housekeeping team to achieve resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Walk assigned floors at shift start and end to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill par stock in floor pantries.
• Deliver towels, cribs, cots, and other items to rooms on request.
• Perform room attendant duties when necessary.
• Refill par stock of guest amenities and supplies.
• Assist room attendants with heavy lifting during sweeping/spring cleaning.
• Clean all public areas following departmental SOPs.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas and transport appropriately.
• Respond to guests and team members in a friendly, helpful manner.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical ability to move and lift up to 100 lbs, including equipment such as spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters.
• Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25 lbs.

Compensation

$15.50 – $17.00 per hour.
