Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Concierge for the Asher Point of Round Rock community. You will greet residents and visitors, manage the front desk, and ensure telephone and mail communications project a professional image.

This full-time role requires strong customer service and multitasking abilities, with a shift from 7:30pm to 7:30am. Starting pay is $16.27 per hour, and the position emphasizes residents-first teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage reception area for professional image and communications.
• Direct calls and take messages.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds for security procedures.
• Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
