Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Concierge at Asher Point of Round Rock to oversee the front desk, greet residents and visitors, and manage communications both in person and by phone. You will keep the lobby tidy, answer inquiries, and support team members during shift changes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and strong customer service, multitasking and time-management abilities. This full-time night shift position offers on-site work with a values-driven team in a caring senior

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage reception area and ensure professional image via telephone/mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds around the community for security procedures.
