You will handle calls, assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials, and keep a welcoming front desk and Bistro area. The role requires a High School Diploma, strong customer service, organization, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and route calls; take accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment efforts and data entry tasks.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
