Job summary

West Chester Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Concierge for a full-time 11am-7pm shift. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and staff, delivering a warm, welcoming experience guided by Passion, Respect, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in the state strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role required; healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional presence, positive attitude, and solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, visitors, staff and leadership.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and demands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve immediate concerns appropriately.

• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support smooth facility operations.
• Greet and assist potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors, creating a positive and welcoming first impression of the facility.
• Manage both internal and external calls, accurately take messages, and ensure timely communication to appropriate individuals.
• Serve as a central point of contact to coordinate information flow and support day-to-day front-desk operations.
• Maintain a calm, professional presence while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
