Knowledge of Park City and surrounding area helps you arrange reservations and coordinate with hotel departments. You will greet owners and guests warmly, maintaining a polished, guest‑centered attitude.

Summary:

Ensure all guest requests are met in a timely and sufficient manner; information agent for area activities/events. A concierge must apply patience, tact, and resourcefulness in meeting the many and varied demands of our guests.

Essential Functions:

• Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Effectively and seriously deal with guest complaints
• Serves as information agent for hotel guests and handles their needs in a timely and efficient manner
• Knowledge of the Park City and surrounding area and points of interest
• Make and confirm dining reservations for all hotel guests
• Maintain communication with all Hotel departments
• Demonstrate a friendly, professional attitude with all guests as well as fellow employees
• Acknowledge owners and previous guests as appropriately as possible
