Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to greet clients, check in for appointments, and support clinical teams in Spokane, WA. The CSR will manage scheduling confirmations and back-fill processes, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth front-desk operations across FBH locations.

The role requires high school graduate or equivalent and prior customer service experience, with opportunities for advancement within the CSR levels as described in the pay

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills including clear written and verbal messages.
• Active listening conveying respect, professionalism and empathy.
• Customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone in a warm, professional manner.
• Check customers in for appointments using the electronic health record.
• Support clinical staff to maximize their ability to provide care and improve efficiency.
• Manage scheduling confirmations for prescribers and clinicians.
• Provide coverage across FBH locations as needed.
