OrangeTwist in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an entry-level or soon-to-be licensed Esthetician to join as Treatment Specialist (Receptionist). The role focuses on front desk duties for the first 12 months, providing a welcoming, professional client experience and handling scheduling, payments, and inquiries.

As skills develop, you will receive training in OrangeTwist treatments and may assist with treatments if needed.

Qualifications

• Currently in an esthetics program or have completed an esthetics program.
• State Esthetician license in good standing.
• State Master/Advanced Esthetician licenses preferred where applicable.
• Laser certification preferred where mandated by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients at front desk with a welcoming, professional experience.
• Greet visitors, check-in, answer phones, and manage email communications.
• Schedule appointments, handle client communications, and process payments.
• Support retail and service sales and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Assist with treatments on a limited basis when qualified and required.
