Job summary

OrangeTwist is seeking an entry-level Esthetician to join as Treatment Specialist (Receptionist) at our Princeton location. You will greet clients, manage check‑ins, schedule appointments, and process payments while supporting sales and client engagement.

The role features 2-3 shifts per week with weekend coverage, focusing on front desk duties for the first 12 months and skincare training thereafter to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in sales or client engagement is a plus.
• Administrative duties and front desk experience help succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients; greet, check-in, and connect to the right team member.
• Answer phones, manage emails, schedule appointments and handle client communications.
• Process payments and support retail and service sales.
• Maintain reception area, organize records, and order supplies.
• Represent OrangeTwist professionally and maintain confidentiality.
