Hand & Stone is seeking a newly licensed aesthetician to join our Cherry Hill-area spa, handling front desk duties, client check-ins, and sales while delivering top-tier customer service.

You will participate in ongoing training, advance through a structured growth path, and contribute to a clean, welcoming spa environment with a focus on retail and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Newly licensed aesthetician with a desire to learn and grow.
• No previous day spa experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk duties: scheduling appointments, answering phones, selling gift cards and memberships, check-in/out guests.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist with product recommendations.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and organization standards.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and learn spa services, protocols, and product knowledge.
• Support the team by assisting with daily operational tasks.
• Meet or exceed retail sales goals through product education and client recommendations.
• Be punctual, reliable, and committed to a team-first environment.

During the 90‑day trial, you will receive 30‑day, 60‑day, 90‑day performance reviews to assess progress and potential for future aesthetician service opportunities. You also must attend our required sales training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact by managing front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, selling gift cards and memberships, and checking in/out guests.

Growth Opportunity

After completing the 90-day trial period and required sales training class, if you demonstrate strong sales performance, reliability, and a positive attitude, you will have the opportunity to begin hands‑on training for the aesthetician role in the treatment room. This next phase of training will take approximately 3 to 6 months and will be done alongside your front desk responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to learn the business from the inside out, setting the foundation for a successful career in aesthetics.
