Arcadia Counseling in Lehi, UT is seeking a part-time or full-time receptionist to join our front desk team. You will support therapists and clients by answering calls, emails, onboarding, and handling billing.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong multitasking and organizational skills, and the ability to manage emergencies while keeping the office running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist or similar front desk role.
• Proficient with computers and basic websites/tech.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome therapists and clients on arrival.
• Answer calls, texts, and emails promptly.
• Manage calendars, schedule clients, onboard new customers, verify insurance.
• Provide basic information in person or via phone/text.
• Update client information in the company platform.
• Keep reception area tidy with necessary supplies.
