Job summary

AA Lares Insurance is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking receptionist to join the team. The role involves front-desk duties, answering phones, handling emails, and data entry across several software platforms. Training will be provided, and weekend or evening support may be required for events.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, is detail-oriented, and comfortable with computers. Prior insurance experience is a bonus but not required.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.
• Insurance industry experience is a bonus.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with clients, prospects, and companies in person, on the phone, and via email.
• Support teammates with follow-up for clients and prospects.
• Research and resolve billing and coverage questions.
• Promptly respond to client needs via phone or electronic channels.
• Maintain client files and documents across multiple software systems.
• Cultivate new opportunities and offer additional lines of insurance.
• Assist with other office duties as needed.
