Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is hiring for a Front Desk Clerk/Park Ranger in Eustis, Florida.

The role involves providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents, acting as a liaison, processing payments, and coordinating with the Property Manager to address inquiries promptly. You will patrol the property to identify violations and safety concerns, document findings, and maintain violation records.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
• Partner with your Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Patrol the property to identify violations and safety concerns.
• Document findings with photographs and issue violation notices.
• Maintain violation records and tracking reports.
• Inspect buildings, amenities, and common areas for compliance and upkeep.
• Communicate observations and follow up on outstanding issues/violations.
