River City Casino & Hotel in St. Louis seeks a Front Desk Clerk to check guests in/out, assist with events, and handle guest requests with accuracy.

The role requires cash handling and POS system experience, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and professional demeanor are essential for guest interactions.

• Process guest payments and accounts upon checkout in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner aligned with internal controls.
• Answer internal and external calls in order to answer questions, direct calls or provide general information.
• Operate AS/400 hotel computer system, credit card machine and other office equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
• This position will require you to be standing during the duration of your shift. You will also be required to help assist with guests and their check-in needs.

Front Desk Clerk

Pay: $16.00 | Shift: Swing

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior cash handling is preferred
• Basic computer and math skills are required and the ability to operate POS systems is strongly preferred
• Flexibility to varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is strongly preferred
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy, confidence, and professionalism is strongly preferred
