Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience.
• Eligibility for certification as required by regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and checking main line for voicemails.
• Transferring calls to appropriate contacts.
• Scanning client files into database and updating electronic records calendars.
• Greeting clients and guests arriving at the center.
• Monitoring waiting area safety and cleanliness.
• Booking rooms and managing calendar schedules for clinicians and staff.
