Responsibilities

• Answer dealership phones promptly and direct calls to the appropriate department.
• Greet and assist all incoming customers and visitors with professionalism.
• Notify staff when a customer arrives and assist with introductions.
• Process payments for service and parts accurately (cash, credit, checks).
• Issue receipts, balance cash drawers, and reconcile end-of-day reports.
• Maintain records of customer transactions and documentation accuracy.
• Support the sales team with appointment scheduling and confirmations.
• Type memos, reports, and correspondence as needed.
• Keep the front desk and waiting areas clean and organized.
• Provide general administrative support to office and management.
