Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and guest-oriented Front Desk Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our guests while assisting with the purchase of tickets for various attractions, arcade play cards, and food & drinks ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors. You will be responsible for interacting directly with guests, processing payments, and providing information about our attractions.

This is a sales-based position. Your salary is primarily influenced by your ability to sell to our guests. We offer a very generous commission structure for each package sold, giving you the opportunity to boost your earnings while helping guests get the most out of their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Provide clear and helpful information about attractions, hours of operation, special events, and promotions.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments securely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized area.
  • Answer guest questions and provide directions to various areas of the center.
  • Work with team members to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours or special events.
  • Contribute to creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for families and guests of all ages.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, outgoing, and reliable with a passion for working with families and children.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests of all ages.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash, process transactions, and provide accurate change.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and digital ticketing platforms.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach during regular tasks.
