The Club at Crested Butte is seeking motivated Front Desk Attendants to provide friendly, expedient service to guests and support the racquets professional staff in shop operations, merchandize sales, and related activities. Beginners are welcome; prior experience is not required.

Flexible schedules including weekends and holidays are needed. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience, with opportunities to handle reservations and guest services at the club.

Qualifications

• Customer service-centric candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform duties.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs opening and closing procedures as determined by management.
• Responsible for accountability of POS transactions.
• Collects applicable fees from members/guests and outside patrons as they arrive.
• Makes court, clinic, lesson and special event reservations, in person or by phone.
• Assists Membership Manager with member outreach and delivering high-quality member experience.
• Assists with monthly physical inventories if applicable.
• May work with coaches to facilitate orderly start and play times.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required/needed.

Education and ExperienceRequirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and speak English may berequiredin order toperform the duties of the job (e.g.the associates maybe requiredto communicate with English speaking.customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Computerproficiencyincluding but notlimitedPOS, Microsoft Office applications, socialmediaand other programs related

Working Conditions

• Frequently stands and uses hands, reaches with hands and arms,talksor hears.
• Regularly walks, sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches.
• Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions.
