Job summary

Malibu Jack's in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a friendly guest services associate to handle money transactions, answer guests’ questions, and assist them with redeeming tickets for prizes.

You will stock and keep the redemption area organized, stay up to date on cash policies, communicate with teammates daily, and maintain a safety-focused, top customer service attitude at all times.

Responsibilities

• Handle money transactions with accuracy and maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Be comfortable answering guests’ questions and resolving issues independently or with a manager.
• Assist guests with redeeming tickets for prizes.
• Stock and keep the redemption area organized and well-supplied.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all current cash policies and procedures.
• Communicate daily with team members to coordinate service and operations.
• Maintain a safety-focused, high-service attitude at all times.
