Front Desk Associate – Multiple locations

Whether pet parents pop in for a DIY wash or trust our skilled grooming pros for a full-service experience, we make every visit stress-free, safe, and full of tail wags.

About the Role

We’re looking for Front Desk Associates to join our West Hollywood & Culver City shops where they will play a key role in shaping the future of the Bowie Barker brand.
This position is ideal for someone who loves dogs, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional care and results. You’ll work closely with our back of house team to ensure every pup leaves clean, happy, and ready for their close-up; while maintaining the highest standards of safety, communication, and service.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet every dog and human who enters and leaves our shop


• Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management

• Express your love and enthusiasm for dogs!

Hourly Rate: $19.50/hour
