Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Naples, FL. You will be the first contact for residents, families, and candidates, setting a welcoming tone and guiding inquiries throughout the community.

Responsibilities include handling calls, dispatching staff for emergencies, logging incidents, and maintaining resident census and mail processes. A positive attitude and multitasking ability are essential to excel in this role.

Qualificações

• Receptionist experience required.
• Excellent verbal skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff, answering questions and concerns.
• Receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel; page on-call physicians as needed calmly.
• Monitor emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents.
• Track status of residents involved in incidents (hospitalizations, etc.).
• Manage resident lists alphabetically and by apartment.
• Maintain census information, hospitalizations, deaths, and lists of residents away or returning.
• Log all resident packages and notify residents of pickups; ensure mail is dispatched daily.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $17.00 / hour.

How you will make an impact:

• Greet and direct our residents, visitors, and staff, handle questions and concerns efficiently
• Receive emergency calls from residents and staff and dispatch appropriate personnel; page on-call physicians as needed in an accurate and calm manner
• Monitor all emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents
• Track status of resident involved in a situation, i.e. transported to a hospital, etc.
• Manage resident’s list, alphabetically and by resident apartment
• Assist with maintaining accurate census information, hospitalizations, deaths, etc., and keeping an accurate list of residents who are away and returning
• Responsible for logging all resident packages and notifying residents of a package pick-up via notice, assuring all mail is dispatched through U.S. Mail at the end of each day, sort and distributes all inter-office mail
