Fuse is seeking a high-performing Front Desk team member to be the first impression for our welcoming, energetic gym. You will drive member engagement, conduct tours, and guide prospective members through consultations to find the best services.

This role requires confident sales conversations, strong communication, and the ability to connect with a diverse client base. You will use gym software to sign-ups, bookings, and payments while maintaining a clean, friendly front desk.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with booking or membership software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

• Monitor member access and enforce gym policies.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and inventory tracking.
• Communicate member feedback or concerns to management.
• Promote gym programs, services, and merchandise.

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Monitor member access and enforce gym policies.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory tracking.
• Communicate member feedback or concerns to management.
• Promote gym programs, services, and merchandise.
