• Welcome guests and prospective members.
• Provide tours for prospective members.
• Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby, front desk area and the gym.
• Accurately record client information and accept payments.
• Schedule appointments.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Ensure gym rules and systems are followed.
