The Fitness Factory Group LLC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to greet guests, provide tours, answer inquiries, and manage front desk operations at our gym. The ideal candidate is cheerful, communicates well, and can multitask in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, payments, and ensuring a positive first impression for members and visitors. Health and fitness enthusiasm is a plus.

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional disposition.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Two or more years in customer service or front desk.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong work ethic.
• Familiar with computers, spreadsheets, scheduling software.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and prospective members.
• Provide tours for prospective members.
• Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area.
• Accurately record client information and accept payments.
• Schedule classes and appointments.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Ensure gym rules and systems are followed.
