Holiday Inn Express Rice Lake is hiring a full-time front desk attendant. Shifts vary 7 am–3 pm and 3 pm–11 pm, with some weekends. A weekend shift differential of $3.00 is in place.

In addition to base pay, bonuses are paid based on hotel occupancy. You’ll have access to world-wide travel discounts, PTO after 25 hours/week, and other benefits. • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, sales or hotel experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides courteous guest service and responds promptly to guest questions, complaints or requests.
• Organizes the reservations for the day’s arrivals.
• Performs front desk functions: check-ins, check-outs, reservations, answering phones, wake‑up calls, etc.
• Understands the operation of the property management system.
• Provides information concerning hotel facilities and location.
• Maintains guest information confidentiality for security.
• Completes front desk paperwork: registrations, folios, vouchers, cash reports, room reports.
• Provides switchboard services and handles messages and wake‑up calls.
• Audits and balances cash drawers and cashier reports.
• Posts and files front office documents as directed.
• Provides information to housekeeping on room status and guest service needs.
