Job summary

Equinox is seeking energetic Front Desk Associates to greet members, answer calls, and assist guests with high-quality service.

This on-site position requires a friendly, reliable individual with1 year of customer service experience and a HS diploma/GED. You will maintain a clean front desk, handle inquiries, and support other departments as needed. Competitive benefits include complimentary club membership. Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or related experience.
• Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
• Able to communicate effectively in person, via email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a professional manner.
• Answer phone calls professionally and courteously.
• Respond to member questions, concerns and discrepancies.
• Update members’ accounts as needed.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
• Work opening/closing/mid-day shifts as required.
• Tour and assist members as needed.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members and guests.
• Assist other departments with related tasks as required.
