Equinox is seeking energetic Front Desk Associates to join our team. This role focuses on greeting members, scanning IDs, answering calls, addressing questions, and maintaining a welcoming environment in a fast-growing fitness brand.

Ideal candidates bring1+ year in customer service, a high school diploma, and a friendly, energetic demeanor. Responsibilities include supporting multiple departments and ensuring a top-tier Equinox experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or related experience.
• High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly.
• Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in person, via email, and via phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally.
• Scan membership IDs upon entrance.
• Answer phones professionally.
• Respond to member questions, concerns and discrepancies.
• Update members’ accounts if needed.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
• Work opening/closing/mid-day shifts.
• Tour members.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to members and guests.
• Aid other departments with related tasks.
