Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is hiring a Member Experience Associate to welcome and nurture the member experience with friendliness at the core of every interaction. You’ll greet members enthusiastically and assist with membership questions to promote a “Raving Fan” experience.

You’ll team with the Front Desk and Facilities staff to hit monthly sales targets, drive gym metrics, and support a culture of growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of delivering a high level of customer service.
• Demonstrates knowledge of gym services, memberships, and offerings.
• Demonstrates target-driven sales mindset and ability to meet monthly sales goals.

• Team up with our Facilities Department to keep our club looking and operating “Grand Opening Ready”.

• Bring high energy and a passion for fitness while working with urgency, flexibility, and a “roll up your sleeves” mindset to get things done, especially during busy closeouts and month-end periods.
• Cooperate with the Front Desk team on daily and monthly club and individual sales targets by connecting our members to results through our fitness programming, retail products, and club amenities while staying motivated, hands-on, and fully committed to the team’s success.
