The Edge Fitness Club in Connecticut is recruiting for a front-line role focused on delivering exceptional member service and driving club sales. You will greet members warmly, nurture their experience, and promote programs and amenities to help them reach fitness goals.

With hourly pay plus commission and opportunities for career growth, this role rewards energy, customer focus, and teamwork within a results-driven environment.

• Cooperate with the Front Desk team on daily and monthly club and individual sales targets by connecting members to results through fitness programming, retail products and club amenities.
• Team up with Facilities to keep the club looking and operating “Grand Opening Ready”.
• Bring high energy and a passion for fitness with urgency and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset to get things done, especially during busy closeouts and month-end periods.
