Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is hiring in Johnston, RI for a team member role. Earn up to $55,000 annually, with hourly pay plus commission, plus clear opportunities for career growth for those ready to level up.

Join a team that prioritizes member experience, energy, and a “roll up your sleeves” mindset. You’ll help members with questions, drive sales targets, and collaborate with the Facilities team to maintain a premier club environment.

• Serve our members quickly and professionally to create positive, trustworthy relationships focused on Changing Lives
• Help our members with membership questions and concerns with compassion and commitment to promote a Raving Fan member experience
• Team up with our Facilities Department to keep our club looking and operating Grand Opening Ready

• Cooperate with the Front Desk team on daily and monthly club and individual sales targets by connecting our members to results through our fitness programming, retail products, and club amenities while staying motivated, hands-on, and fully committed to the team's success.
