Qualifications

As a Front Desk Associate you will:
• Be the first point of contact and handle administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, filing, and managing correspondence.
• Receive and direct visitors, employment applicants, salespersons and customers to appropriate locations and parties
• Answer phones in a professional manner
• Manage scheduling in eCW for pre-hire appointment with Occupational Health
• Collect I-9 documentation and submit to HR
• Assist with organizing incoming and outgoing mail as needed
• Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships
• Serve as backup to other locations when needed
• All other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates will possess:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates degree preferred
• 2 to 4 years of receptionist / clerical experience or degree may substitute
• Self-starter who works well independently and efficiently
• Basic PC skills such as Internet, email and windows environment. Word, Excel, • Power Point and People Soft knowledge or Workday preferred
• Familiar with common office equipment (printers, copier, fax, etc.)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Good interpersonal and oral/written and communication skills
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Able to handle a multi-task environment
• Detail-oriented and exceptional organization skills

Work Schedule:

Monday- Friday 8:00AM- 4:00PM

Pay Range:

$20.03 - $28.03

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:
