Job description

The Front Desk Associate will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym. This position provides assistance to members regarding gym operations and policies, and performs various administrative duties.

This detail-oriented individual should possess excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities with staff and members. Basic understanding of accounting principles, cash processing procedures, and computer skills are required. All Front Desk Associates are expected to participate in the general cleanliness of the club daily, as well as community outreach and marketing activities.

Current CPR Certification and the ability to pass a criminal background check are required.
